The due date for artwork depends on your chosen delivery date and whether we are to assist with your artwork.
Delivery in the last week of your Last Term
- If you do the artwork, then artwork is due no later than 31 August.
- We do your artwork, then artwork is due no later than 31 July.
Deliver one week prior to First Term
- If you do the artwork, then artwork is due no later than 30 September.
- We do your artwork, then the artwork is due no later than 31 August.

We will need your content one month prior to the artwork deadline.
Absolutely!
After receiving your artwork we will send you an electronic proof in PDF format.
Once this is accepted we will post you a print out of your artwork for you to approve officially.
We will also send you an advance copy of your diary hot off the printing press. The advance copy enables you to confirm the printed diary will match your order and is free of any critical errors.

Simply post us a copy of your diary and we will convert it into an electronic format that can then be modified and updated.

Templates and specifications are available to download from our Customer Services area on our website. Alternatively, we can send them to you via email.
Nearly any file format. But please note: we cannot accept Microsoft Publisher files.
Adobe PDF is preferred; but we can also accept files from Microsoft Word, Illustrator CS3, Photoshop CS3, Quark 6.50.
We can even accept Microsoft Excel files.
Yes!
We have pre-designed standard pages which you can use in your custom content. These include Timetables, Calendars, Maths Tables and so forth.
